Attempting any studying today is useless, so let's question meme instead! Ask me anything about my characters, playstyle, other rp related things, whateverrr. And then I'll ask things back and together we can entertain each other

Characters are: Gokudera/Nova at Thusia, Kaoru at Deco and Aather, and Yayoi everywhere because I can. Jabberwock and The Wood are my NPCs but I reserve the right to just be cryptic in replies to questions about them. :)

Aather Kaoru's thoughts on heart games now that he's been through one |Da

THEY ARE THE WORST AND HE HATES THEM. He is seriously revolted by the idea. It didn't really hit him until Shark was like "Imma go do something about all that fake smiling he does" and Kaoru was like "oh you mean like I do all the—ohmygodwait" It also struck him that changing the way a person chooses to express themselves is just . . . vile. It's changing a person forcibly because you think you know better and that's just a hideous thing to do. :')

He still won't mind things like cleaning up a messy area because he's bright enough to figure that is organizing someone's thoughts or issues into a way they can deal with it better, and following instructions or indications areas of the heart give (like the phoenix getting excited over the candles) wouldn't bother him either. But actions outside of those like breaking down a wall or dousing a flame somewhere without any prompting from the heart is just going to be something he can't stand. :')

What are Kit's thoughts on Kaoru in Deco?

He is simultaneously confused, annoyed, and sympathetic towards him, but it's really hard for him to pinpoint a single way to think about him :|a On one hand, it's super easy to tell Kaoru had a really rough start in Deco, and being aware of the kind of life he and Hikaru lived at home he is also aware that this kind of place is not place for a Hitachiin. On the other hand, he is kind of >T at how bratty Kaoru is sometimes, especially towards Leo because Leo is the only person in Aather who remembers Kit and therefore, is someone he is putting a lot of emotional investment into. ON THE OTHER OTHER HAND, he totally thinks Kaoru has a right to be mad at Leo because LEO IS DUMB and things in Deco are hard and of course Kaoru is going to react negatively towards them and how can he blame him for that. AND ON THE LAST HAND Kaoru is Hikaru's brother and he genuinely wants to get to know Kaoru better because he wants to like and be liked by the family of the teammate he feels closest to.

There is some super latent jealousy directed towards Kaoru over the whole brother thing because Kit, in Aather, has come to depend on Hikaru so much, but so far it really only showed itself in Dragon's title game and that was only because Kit was being a brat himself. Jealousy or not he does want Kaoru and Hikaru to be close again because they are brothers, and at this point in time it's easier to step away and let them do that since he's distancing himself a bit from Hikaru right now anyway.

SO BASICALLY HE IS... still not quite sure what to think on a concrete level! Because he wants to like Kaoru but he gets annoyed that Kaoru pushes people away and makes it obvious he is only interested in Kit as far as Kit can protect Hikaru but he also understands why Kaoru acts that way but he also wishes he'd stop so he could get to know him better and they could be friends cuz he genuinely wants to be friends. IT'S HARD 8( WHY DO YOU MAKE IT HARD KAORU.
