Why the hell would March stay here? He has his own Master and his own place that's nothing to do with me.

I kind of do, but don't say it like it's a bad thing. I don't just pick up anybody, you know. March wouldn't do well here . . . you know, I'll make decisions based on what I want for myself, but I take care of my servants.

What, are you worried you'll just be part of my collection?

Well . . . no, not really. I'd leave if I thought that would really be a problem.

Mm . . . are you saying you wouldn't want to be collected by me, or that you think it would be fine if you were?

I don't want to be collected by anyone.

Don't say it like that. Competing with other people for attention . . . like my attentions aren't good enough if I give them to more than one person? Like having a lot of people that I care about means that I can't possibly be good enough to everybody?
